Like Tim McGraw, Dierks Bentley will headline a free concert in Nashville on the weekend of the NFL Draft in late April. Bentley is set to perform on April 27, the final day of the 2019 NFL Draft, alongside former Nashville star Charles Esten and Andrew Combs. McGraw, meanwhile, headlines the Draft Main Stage on April 26; NFL Draft-related festivities will also take place on April 25.

On March 20, Alabama lead singer Randy Owen received the Heart of an Eagle Award from the Boy Scouts of America. The honor, given to "individuals who show compassion for their community through leadership, character and integrity," was presented to Owen in recognition of his staggering musical success with Alabama and his charitable works, which include the founding of the Country Cares for St. Jude Kids program, which has raised more than $800 million for the pediatric cancer research hospital, located in Memphis, Tenn., since 1988.

Gabby Barrett and Cade Foehner, both country-influenced former American Idol contestants, are engaged! According to People, Foehner surprised Barrett with a proposal while the couple was staying at the Los Angeles, Calif., hotel where they first met on Idol in 2018. A date for their impending nuptials has not been set yet, but both Foehner and Barrett are looking forward to a winter wedding.

Kellie Pickler has been nominated for two Daytime Emmy Awards alongside her Pickler & Ben co-host Ben Aaron. The daytime TV show earned Pickler and Aaron nods in the Outstanding Informative Talk Show Host category; their show is also nominated for Outstanding Musical Performance in a Daytime Program, for musician Ben Rector's appearance on an episode. The winners of the Daytime Emmy Awards will be announced on May 5 in Pasadena, Calif.
