Dierks Bentley is getting ready to demolish his website, in preparation for the launch of a new and improved site. Bentley's new homepage is set to go online in January, in anticipation of the February 3 release of his fourth studio album.

During an online town hall meeting Wednesday, the singer announced to 5,000 fan club members that the current incarnation of dierks.com will be shut down next week. Dierks has even placed a detonator on the site, counting down the hours, minutes, and seconds until it's activated on Wednesday, October 29 at 8 PM CT.

Up until the time the new site debuts, fans can check out an interactive timeline chronicling the more than two years it took Bentley to write and record the new album. The timeline will be updated with new video footage every Monday until the new dierks.com debuts. The first single from the upcoming album, 'Feel That Fire,' is already burning up the charts.
