Dan + Shay Debut at No. 1

Hot new duo Dan + Shay are already breaking music records with the release of their debut album, 'Where It All Began.'

The new set of tunes, which includes their single, '19 You + Me,' debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's country albums chart, making them the only duo in the history of Soundscan to debut at the top of the charts with their freshman record.

The guys, who already received their first ACM Award nomination for Vocal Duo of the Year, are currently crossing the country with Hunter Hayes on his We're Not Invisible Tour, and will then join Blake Shelton on the next leg of his Ten Times Crazier Tour. But the men, who played their first gig in front of just ten of their friends, say they're just thrilled to get to perform for a crowd of any size.

“It’s going to be awesome to play the songs,” the guys say of their busy year. “We’ve recorded the songs and written the songs, but it’s going to be awesome to live them in front of people and have people react to them once our album is out and having people singing the words. There’s no better feeling in the world than when we play ’19 You + Me’ live and people are singing the words back to us.”
