‘Office’ Star Creed Bratton Records Album in Nashville

Fans of the popular NBC sitcom, 'The Office,' know comic actor Creed Bratton for the quirky character (of the same name) he portrays on the series. But the real-life Creed has long played another role -- that of working musician.

Nashville's Tennessean newspaper reports that Creed, a former member of the '60s and '70s pop group Grass Roots, has just put the finishing touches on 'Bounce Back,' an album he recorded in Music City. Famed Nashville songwriter/musicians Bekka Bramlett, Jonell Mosser and Wayne Carson are among the guests on the project.

'Bounce Back'' is scheduled for release on Feb. 8. The first single is 'Rubber Tree.' Watch the video for 'Rubber Tree,' featuring fellow 'Office' star Ed Helms ("Andy") on banjo, below.
