Craig Campbell Reels In Fans With New Videos

Country newcomer Craig Campbell was an out-of-the-box success with his debut single, 'Family Man,' but the real-life family man admits his second chart-climber upped his artist profile, putting a face to the name behind the hits.

"A lot of people knew 'Family Man,' but maybe didn't know me," Craig confesses to The Boot. "Then after the success of 'Fish,' they're going, 'Oh, that's the guy!' It did exactly what we wanted it to do, and it's one of the biggest songs we play live."

The accompanying video for 'Fish' has more than 700,000 views on YouTube. The Georgia native has an unlikely source to thank for finding his beautiful love interest in the clip.

"My father-in-law is a big fisherman and watches a lot of fishing shows," says Craig. "He sent me a link one day and said, 'This girl would be perfect for your 'Fish' video.' I looked at it and was like, 'Wow! He's right.' I thought it was a long shot, but I sent it on to my people and was like, 'What are the chances of getting this girl in my video?' They tracked her down and she said yes. She has a show on the World Fishing Network called 'Hooking Up With Mariko Izumi.' She's hot; she was perfect for the part."

Craig recently shot another music video, but this one likely only has eye candy for the ladies. The upcoming clip is for his latest single, 'When I Get It.' "It's a song about being broke, yet it's a positive uptempo," he explains. "So the video is me singing while these movers come in and take all my stuff out of the house."
