Craig Campbell scored his first Top 20 hit with the single, 'Family Man.' Taking the song's message even further, the father of two is willing to put his money behind it.

Craig heard of the Spicocchi family in Ohio, who were struggling under a mound of bills after giving birth to quintuplets last year. The father posted a touching family video on YouTube, set to Craig's hit song and chronicling their journey after the babies, who were born prematurely, suffered many health complications, including requiring heart surgery.

The family's story moved Craig to act, by surprising the parents with a limousine to transport them to a show near their hometown, featuring Craig and Steve Holy. In addition, Craig offered the couple backstage passes, matching "onesies" for the babies and a personal check to help offset their mounting expenses.

"It was beautiful," Craig wrote on his website after the emotional evening. "All of us were crying by the end of the night, it was so special."

The Georgia native has several shows coming up in the next few weeks, including a performance at the Grand Ole Opry on March 25. See Craig's complete tour schedule here.
