Reigning CMA Vocal Duo Sugarland will join an all-star cast of performers to honor 10 extraordinary, everyday people who have committed their lives this past year to changing the world. 'CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute,' hosted by Anderson Cooper, will air Thanksgiving night (November 25) on CNN at 8:00 PM ET.

Sugarland will perform 'Stand Up' from their latest album, 'The Incredible Machine.' Also performing will be Bon Jovi, who will sing 'What Do You Got?' from their 2010 'Greatest Hits' album, and John Legend, who will perform 'Wake Up Everybody' alongside Common and Melanie Fiona. Other musical guests paying tribute during the TV special -- which was taped at the Shrine Auditorium in L.A. last Saturday night (Nov. 20) -- are Kid Rock and LL Cool J.

Among the celebrity presenters taking the stage to shine a spotlight on CNN's 2010 Heroes will be Demi Moore, Renee Zellweger, Halle Berry, Kiefer Sutherland, Jessica Alba and many more.

Preceding the star-studded tribute will be a red carpet special, hosted by Showbiz Tonight's A.J. Hammer and Brooke Anderson, with exclusive coverage of celebrity arrivals and interviews, to be simulcast on CNN and HLN at 7:00 PM EST.

Now in its fourth year, the multi-platform CNN Heroes campaign received over 10,000 submissions from more than 100 countries.
