The CMT Music Awards' purple carpet is all about fashion risks, and there was certainly some risky business going on in Nashville Wednesday night! Sparkles seemed to be the evening's theme, along with metallic minis and tousled tresses. But while some shined, others flopped with major fashion faux pas.
