One listen to Caylee Hammack's debut single, "Family Tree," will tell you just about everything you need to know about the up-and-comer's family values and where she comes from. The newest member of Taste of Country's RISERS class of 2019, Hammack lays all her cards out on the table in a personality-packed live acoustic performance of the song.

"I feel like my family has always been a very strong family, we're very close. Whenever someone's hurt, everyone knows about it. If someone has a sinus infection, everyone knows about it and we're praying," the Ellaville, Ga. native says. "I'm surrounded by good people. All of us have our flaws, all of us have our weird spots and our dark places, but I'm surrounded continually by people that are smiling for the most part."

"Family Tree" is the perfect introduction for new fans of the singer. In colorful detail, it describes the quirky cast of characters that make up her family, from an "Energizer bunny" sister with a weakness for cigarettes to a father who's a skilled builder, but is quick to fall asleep on the couch in front of a football game.

"My family is a cast of some kind of sitcom that hasn't been released yet, I think," Hammack jokes to Taste of Country. "Everyone is weird in their own way."

Hammack is currently on tour as part of Miranda Lambert's all-female 2019 Roadside Bars and Pink Guitars Tour. She's a huge fan of her tour boss, and recently explained to The Boot that she "cried when she got the news" that Lambert had invited her out on the road.  As Taste of Country's newest RISER, Hammack joins previously selected artists Riley Green, Jimmie Allen and Cody Johnson in the class of 2019.
