American Idol alum Casey James has a new girl in his life: a baby daughter.

On Monday (Feb. 15), James shared on Facebook a sweet, black-and-white photo of him and his little girl napping, their heads nuzzled together. Text on the picture reads "Nap Time," with an emoji that has hearts for eyes (clearly, he's totally smitten!).

"The newest lady in my life," James writes. "So thankful. So. Thankful."

The baby girl's name and birth date are unknown, but in a tweet from mid-October, James mentions that her first concert (in utero) was a Ben Rector / Judah and the Lion show at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium on Oct. 11.

James has always been quiet about his private life. He is married, but few details about his wife and their wedding are available. Reps for the singer confirmed the nuptials in December of 2014. James was previously married, in the mid-2000s, for just a few years.

James first made a name for himself during Season 9 of American Idol, in 2009-2010. He placed third, then released his self-titled debut album in 2011. The record spawned three singles, two of which hit the Top 30. His latest single, "Fall Apart," came out in early 2015; however, James split from his record label that summer.
