Carrie Underwood just won her fifth Grammy award. She's earned multi-platinum albums, a slew of No.1 singles, and is getting ready to headline her second sold out tour. She's also had her own variety show, a guest role on the hit TV series, 'How I Met Your Mother,' and she's about to make her film debut, starring in 'Soul Surfer' opposite Helen Hunt and Dennis Quaid. And in case you hadn't heard, she's engaged to pro hockey player Mike Fisher. Still, Carrie insists she really is the girl next door.

"An Oklahoma girl like me wouldn't even know how to be a diva," the superstar tells Cosmpolitan magazine. "I'm just a person who has a cool job. I love to be at home. I rarely go to clubs ... and I always wear underwear! I just know I'd fall down, and that's not for everyone to see."

Getting ready to kick off the 2010 leg of her tour on March 11, Carrie says hitting the road again is actually a little bittersweet. "Being on tour is great. Being away from home is not so much fun, but it's kind of like those two hours on stage is the reward for everything you do. All the interviews, all the photo shoots, pushing the single to No.1 ... being on stage is the reward for all of that."

While she admits she has a top-of-the-line bus -- her "apartment on wheels" -- she says people might be disappointed by how boring life is on the road. "I think when you think of people touring, you think of like sleeping all day, staying up all night, partying. I work out regularly when I'm on the road. I go grocery shopping."

She may be refreshingly normal, but the singer says that's because she knows what she wants out of life. "I didn't want to be one of those people who has an amazing career but ends up alone and unhappy. I want to be happy. I want it all."

Next up for Carrie is peforming the national anthem before the Super Bowl on Sunday (Feb. 7). Her tour kicks off in Reading, Pa., with opening acts Craig Morgan and Sons of Syliva.
