Carrie Underwood Gets ‘Awesome’ Tweet from Neil Patrick Harris

Carrie Underwood is in Los Angeles this week taping an upcoming episode of the CBS hit, 'How I Met Your Mother,' and apparently, she's doing a killer job.

One of the show's stars, Neil Patrick Harris, who plays the womanizing Barney, has taken to his Twitter account to tweet that this week's guest star is "awesome" in the episode titled 'You'll Love the Way We Fly."

In spite of the official description of the episode, which identifies Carrie's character as "an enigmatic pharmaceutical sales rep and love interest for Ted" (played by actor Josh Radnor), Neil snapped a photo of himself with the singer, with Carrie sporting a straight-from-the-'50s flight attendant outfit, complete with white knee-high boots!

Meanwhile, Carrie is also reportedly headed to Hawaii for a role in the film 'Soul Surfer,' the true story of professional surf star Bethany Hamilton, who lost her arm in a tiger shark attack at age 13.

The episode of 'How I Met Your Mother' featuring Carrie is set to air on CBS in March.
