Had it been any other week, Brad Paisley would probably be celebrating a No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 multi-genre chart. However, even though 'This Is Country Music' tops the country album chart this week, having sold an impressive 152,000 copies, that number pales in comparison to the 1.1 million copies Lady Gaga sold of 'Born This Way' last week, which means Brad lands at No. 2 on the Billboard 200.

Gaga's first-week sales narrowly edged out the debut week sales of Taylor Swift's 'Speak Now' from last November. It's hard to feel too sorry for Brad, however, since 'This Is Country Music' is his sixth No. 1 album. He also hit No. 1 with the current single from the album, 'Old Alabama.'

Also debuting this week within the Top 10 on the country chart are the 'American Idol' season 10 champ and No. 2 finisher. Winner Scotty McCreery and runner-up Lauren Alaina place at No. 3 and No. 9, respectively, with collections of their performances from the past season. Frankie Ballard's self-titled album and 'Wild Together' by Carter's Chord are also new entries this week.

The rest of the Top 10 on the country chart are: Jason Aldean's 'My Kinda Party' at No. 2; Zac Brown Band's 'You Get What You Give' (No. 4); Rascal Flatts' 'Nothing Like This' (No. 5 and now just shy of being a million-seller); 'Speak Now' (No. 6); Lady Antebellum's 'Need You Now' (No. 8) and 'Stronger' by Sara Evans at No. 10.
