'Welcome to the Future' indeed! During his Tampa, Fla. concert stop on Sept. 9, Brad Paisley used a hologram to virtually transport Carrie Underwood on stage during his performance of 'Remind Me.'

Judging by the screams of the concert-goers during Carrie's entrance, it seems as though many fans didn't realize that the beautiful blond wasn't actually in attendance. Watch one fan's video of the mesmerizing, virtual duet below.

Brad's recent technological trickery isn't the first time a country artist has used media to sing with someone who can't be there in person. Earlier this year, Jason Aldean used big-screen monitors to transport his 'Don't You Wanna Stay' duet partner Kelly Clarkson to perform their three-week No. 1 single with him live in concert.

Fans can catch Brad and the real Carrie on stage together this November, as the dynamic duo host the upcoming CMA Awards for the fourth consecutive year. The 45th Annual CMA Awards will air live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 9, 2011 at 8:00 PM ET on ABC.
