Our condolences go out to Blake Shelton, whose father, Dick Shelton, passed away last night (Jan. 18). "Mr. Shelton, who was in declining health this past year, was surrounded by loved ones in Oklahoma upon his passing," reads a statement from the singer's publicist.

Blake dedicated his American Country Award win last month to his dad, who had been taken to the hospital with pneumonia that day. The country superstar was also visibly emotional as he sang his poignant 'God Gave Me You' on the show that night.

"I appreciate your understanding during this difficult time and thank you for all your prayers. Your support means the world to me. I love you guys," says Blake in a message to fans today.

'The Voice' coach is rescheduling a few shows on his Well Lit & Amplified Tour so that he can be with family during this difficult time:

Bismarck, ND -- moved to March 20

Rapid City, SD -- moved to March 21

Bozeman, Mont. -- moved to March 22

Billings, Mont. -- moved to March 23

Tickets for the original January dates in those cities will be honored at the rescheduled dates in March. Refund requests will also be honored.

Blake's tour, which also features Justin Moore and Dia Frampton, resumes Jan. 26 in Columbus, Ga. See a full list of his concert dates here.

Blake's wife, fellow country superstar Miranda Lambert, is also postponing a few of her shows to grieve with the family. Her On Fire tour dates that have moved are:

Charlotte, NC -- moved to Jan. 25

Greensboro, NC -- moved to Feb. 19

Lexington, Ky. -- moved to Feb. 26

"This is a really difficult time for our family and the most important thing is being together," says Miranda. "Tell your loved ones you love them."

Blake and Miranda will sing 'America the Beautiful' before the Super Bowl on Feb 5. Right after the game, Season 2 of his wildly popular reality competition show, 'The Voice,' airs on NBC. The very next weekend, Blake is up for three trophies at the Grammy Awards, including Country Album of the Year for 'Red River Blue.'
