Big & Rich have released "Lovin' Lately" as their latest single.

The track -- the music video for which you can watch above -- is a collaboration with Tim McGraw, who did a lot more than just sing on the song.

"That was his title. He told it to us in a parking lot in Canada, where we were doing a show with him," John Rich tells Billboard. "He said he had a song title -- "Who You Been Loving Lately?" We thought it was brilliant.

"We wrote it, recorded it and emailed it to him. His response was a video treatment -- he wrote an entire video script for the song," Rich continues. "I looked at [Big] Kenny and said, 'I guess he likes it.' Kenny said, 'Apparently so; we should ask him if he wants to sing on it.' [McGraw] said, 'Sure! What are you doing next Thursday at 3PM?' We said, 'Recording you, Brother Tim.'"

The "Lovin' Lately" music video features Big & Rich performing the track onstage in between shots that tell the story of a guy in Texas who's lost his girl. The story follows them both through a night out: The girl's out with a new date, while the guy's getting advice from a bartender played by -- who else? -- McGraw.

"Lovin' Lately" comes off of Big & Rich's 2014 album Gravity. The project is available for download via Amazon and iTunes.
