Everyone loves a snarky celebrity Best and Worst Dressed list, but what about judging the stars based on how well their mamas raised them? Ethics experts at The National League of Junior Cotillions have named their Best-Mannered People of 2011, with Taylor Swift making the list!

Country's golden girl joins fellow singers Justin Bieber, Paula Abdul and 11-year-old 'America's Got Talent' runner-up Jackie Evancho in representing music quite nicely on the annual roundup of the most outstanding celebrity role models. Taylor is lauded for inspiring youth through both her music and proper etiquette.

Music industry vet, and 'X Factor's sweetest judge, Paula Abdul was mentioned for her endlessly encouraging words of advice for aspiring performers on the hit reality competition show. We're sure it doesn't hurt that she sits next to the notoriously icy-cold critic Simon Cowell!

The well-mannered music stars were in good company, sitting alongside 'Harry Potter's Emma Watson, NFL quarterback Aaron Rogers and the most polite princess of them all, Kate Middleton.

The star with the worst manners was named, as well. That badge of dishonor went to Kim Kardashian, who was named the Most Ill-Mannered Person of 2011 for "making a private matter public and disrespecting the institution of marriage" after ending her rumored "made-for-TV marriage" after 72 days.

Do you agree with the list -- are these the most polite stars of the year?
