In celebration of his forthcoming album, due this fall, Alan Jackson has announced that he will give back to his loyal fans by playing a free concert in the city whose residents show the most demand.

Alan has offered fans the opportunity to determine which city will get the free show by voting on Eventful's Demand it! website, and also spreading the word via social networking platforms like Twitter and Facebook. Voting has already begun, and continues through October 10. Ronkonkoma, NY is currently in first place (as of this posting Monday morning), with almost 600 votes. (Vote here.)

The 17 time ACM winner and 16 time CMA Award recipient has sold nearly 60 million albums worldwide, and he recently took the top spot on the CMT special, 'What's Your 20? 20 Greatest Men, 20 Years,' which debuted on Wednesday (August 10). Alan beat out Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Toby Keith and several other greats for first place.

The first single from Alan's upcoming album, 'Long Way to Go,' is currently making its way up the charts. Watch the video below.
