Thanks to Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and McGraw's mom, Betty Trimble, Christmas came a little early for a number of people in Macclenny, Fla.

Management of a Walmart in Macclenny have confirmed that, on Tuesday (Dec. 6), Trimble (who lives nearby) went to the store and paid off $5,000 worth of items in layaway for various customers on her son and daughter-in-law's behalf. News4Jax reports that the paid-off receipts were presented to customers along with a Christmas card from the country couple themselves, which reads "Merry Christmas" and is signed from McGraw and Hill.

"Praise the Lord for people like this lady," writes Kathy Teegardin Thigpen, who works at the Macclenny Walmart, on Facebook, along with a photo of herself and Trimble. "She and her son and daughter-in-law will make a lot of families happy. Thank you for all you have done, Mrs. Betty Trimble, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. You are definitely a God sent [sic] to our Macclenny Walmart."

Action News Jax reports that even customers without items on layaway were beneficiaries of McGraw and Hill's monetary gift: Jessica Lumpkin tells the TV station that Trimble handed her a card containing $30 and told her to buy something for her daughter.

Recently, fans were thrilled to hear a new duet from McGraw and Hill in the trailer for the upcoming new movie The Shack, in which McGraw also has an acting role. The husband and wife will kick off their co-headlining 2017 Soul2Soul Tour in New Orleans, La., on April 7, 2017.
