One of the most-anticipated collaborations of the 2014 CMA Awards took place just minutes into the ceremony, when Miranda Lambert and Meghan Trainor took the stage to perform the latter's smash hit, 'All About That Bass.'

With background singers adding a bit of doo-wop flair, Lambert and Trainor traded body-positive lines like, "I know you think you're fat / But every inch of you is perfect / From the bottom to the top."

“[I'm] obsessed with her song. We listened to it at least 150 times on the tour,” Lambert says of the tune. “Like, right before we walked on stage, we’d crank it up … These awesome crew guys dressed in black are like, ‘All about that bass.’ I’m like, ‘This is great! This song brings everyone together.’”

Lambert received nine nominations for awards this year and was already a winner prior to the ceremony, picking up Musical Event of the Year for 'We Were Us' with Keith Urban.
