The 2014 CMA Awards ceremony is going to be packed with performances and other star-studded moments, but one of the most-anticipated moments of the evening is sure to be Miranda Lambert's duet with pop star Meghan Trainor. The two will perform Trainor's smash hit, 'All About That Bass.'

"[I'm] obsessed with her song. We listened to it at least 150 times on the tour," Lambert tells CMT's Cody Alan. "Like, right before we walked on stage, we'd crank it up ... These awesome crew guys dressed in black are like, 'All about that bass.' I’m like, 'This is great! This song brings everyone together.'"

Lambert has plenty to be excited about for the show -- she's nominated nine times for various awards -- and she says getting to meet Trainor in person is on that list.

"I've never met Meghan ... We've been talking on text, though," the songstress says. "So I'm excited just to get in a room with her, and I know people say she kind of lights up a room, so I'm going to go off her youthful attitude."

Mixing country and pop isn't always a sure thing, especially when the two artists have never met, but Lambert thinks the performance will be a success.

"They always try to cross genre a little bit [during the CMA Awards], and sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't," she says, "but this just feels so natural to me."

The 2014 CMA Awards will air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday (Nov. 5) at 8PM ET on ABC.
