Maddie Marlow and her fiancé Jonah Font have tied the knot! The longtime couple said "I do" on Friday (Nov. 22), in Arrington, Tenn.

Marlow and Font's wedding, People reports, took place at the Barn at Sycamore Farms, just south of Nashville. About 150 family members and friends attended the special event, including seven bridesmaids and six groomsmen; Marlow's sister Camy was her maid of honor, while Font's oldest brother, Justin, was his best man.

Marlow and Font said traditional vows during their ceremony, presided over by the pastor from their church in Nashville. The singer says it "felt like a lot of pressure" to write their own vows, "[s]o we just wrote letters to each other to read privately."

Marlow's dress was custom-designed by Anne Barge, and she accessorized with Badgley Mischka shoes and art deco diamond earrings. Font, meanwhile, wore a custom Indochino tuxedo.

Marlow's engagement ring features a center stone given to her mom by her dad, and her wedding band is a Genesis Diamonds custom-designed piece. Font's wedding ring, too, has special significance: Years ago, he gave Marlow a promise ring designed by David Yurman, so his wedding band is also from the designer.

Marlow and Font selected Kacey Musgraves' "Late to the Party" as their first dance song. During their reception, guests enjoyed a Thanksgiving dinner, mini pies and a hot cocoa bar.

Marlow, one-half of the country duo Maddie & Tae, planned her special day around a number of other major events happening in her life this year: She changed the date multiple times to accommodate her and bandmate Tae Dye's time opening for Carrie Underwood on the 2019 Cry Pretty Tour 360. Marlow and Font got engaged in May of 2018, but the happy couple originally met in high school.

“It’s been eight years, and we are still crazy in love like the 15-year-old kids we were when we met,” Marlow says. "It is funny to think [back] to being 15-year-old kids in love and to see how our love has grown over the years. Getting married was always a goal of ours, and this year just felt right.”

Marlow and Font will spend their honeymoon in the Bahamas. "I’m looking forward to more adventures, more memories and our love to just keep growing stronger and stronger," the artist reflects. "We definitely want to have kids one day, but for now we are just going to enjoy each other and keep making amazing memories."
