LeAnn Rimes puts her own spin on Kenny Loggins' "Celebrate Me Home" on her new holiday album, Today Is Christmas, and the accompanying music video is an emotional tribute to veterans.

The video for "Celebrate Me Home" is made up of homecoming clips from servicemen and -women. The home videos highlight children whose parents appear in front of them during school assemblies, couples being reunited on football fields and more -- and the raw emotions seen in the footage will likely leave you with a few tears in your eyes.

In addition to partnering with Gavin DeGraw for her "Celebrate Me Home" cover, Rimes has also teamed up with the non-profit Disabled American Veterans (DAV) organization to bring attention to the 22 million veterans in America.

“While Gavin and I were recording "Celebrate Me Home," we were reminded of the emotional homecoming videos we’ve seen over the years and thought that connecting the song to veterans elevated the meaning,” Rimes says in a press release. “We thought of all the great work DAV is doing for transitioning servicemen and -women and veterans of all generations and knew it was the perfect holiday partnership."

More information about DAV and Rimes' partnership with the organization can be found on their website.

The singer is scheduled to kick off her Today Is Christmas Tour on Dec. 4 in Tacoma, Wash. Additional information can be found on Rimes' website.
