Katie Armiger Shares Mall Memories
Katie Armiger: singer, songwriter, musician, mall rat! The 18-year-old country star has teamed up with The Boot to bring you these exclusive photos and commentary from her summer mall tour.
"One of the best parts of the tour has been meeting country music fans," said Katie, pictured above right with fans Erin, Jenny and Sarah at Georgia's Town Cobb mall. "They are all so supportive and have made my first time out on tour a really memorable one."
Katie's buddy (and former 'Nashville Star' contestant) Ashlee Hewitt joined her at the mall tour stop at Nashville's Opry Mills. "It was so amazing to get back on the stage with Ashlee, who is one of my best friends and greatest songwriting partner," said Katie. "She brings so much energy to the stage and I have so much fun performing with her, especially on songs that we wrote together for my second album like 'Make Me Believe' and 'Movin' On.'"
"I am having such an unbelievable time on the road this summer and want to thank everyone for all of their support," Katie reports from her tour. "This has all really been a dream come true."
