How does Katie Armiger plan to celebrate the release of 'Confessions of a Nice Girl (the True Confessional),' the deluxe edition of her 2010 album? The self-professed "good girl of country music" is set to perform at the Grand Ole Opry on September 23, marking the Texas native's first performance on the iconic stage.

"Being asked to play the Grand Ole Opry for the first time is the dream of a lifetime!" Katie gushes to The Boot. "Every country artist dreams of the moment when they're given the opportunity to step on that stage where all of the legends of country music have played."

Although the 20-year-old has quickly become a seasoned stage veteran since her 2007 self-titled debut album, Katie admits she may have a hard time keeping her cool once she hits the Opry stage. "It's hard to imagine the wave of emotions I'll be feeling at the time. I asked the Opry if it was OK to just stand at the microphone and cry instead of sing." [Laughs]

'Confessions of a Nice Girl (the True Confessional),' which features the new single 'I Do But Do I,' will be available for digital download beginning September 20. The collection is a revamped version of her 2010 album, 'Confessions of a Nice Girl,' which spawned the Top 40 single, 'Best Song Ever.' The singer's current video for 'I Do But Do I' recently became her second consecutive video to reach the top spot on GAC's fan-voted Top 20 Countdown.
