Jake Owen has expanded his 2018 tour plans: The singer's Life's Whatcha Make It Tour will now stay on the road until early November.

Owen's 2018 Life's Whatcha Make It Tour began on May 18 in Chattanooga, Tenn., and has been traveling to baseball stadiums around the country this summer, with Chris Janson and Jordan Davis as special guests. Additional dates have now been added, beginning on Oct. 4 in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.; for the newly added dates, Owen's special guests are David Lee Murphy and Morgan Wallen.

“I really do believe that life’s whatcha make it,” Owen said in a press release when he first announced his 2018 trek. “If you wake up feeling positive, there’s a pretty good chance that you’ll see things throughout the day in a positive light.

"I think concerts are like that: It’s what you make it. People show up to have a good time, and the artists on stage feel that, too," Owen adds. "A lot of my songs over the years have pointed to that idea."

As he's done this summer, Owen's newly added Life's Whatcha Make It Tour stops are mostly scheduled for weekends, "when people are ready to get out, have a good time and don’t have to work the next day." Tickets for the new shows are scheduled to go on sale on Aug. 10 at 10AM local time.

Owen released his Greatest Hits album last November; the disc features two new songs and was his final release with RCA Records. Owen signed with Big Loud Records earlier this year and recently hit No. 1 with his first single with the label, "I Was Jack (You Were Diane)." He's been in the studio with producer Joey Moi working on new music; on Tuesday (Aug. 7), he'll release his next single, "Down to the Honkytonk."
