Faith Hill to Perform at Spring Fashion Show Fundraiser

Five-time Grammy winner Faith Hill will be the special guest musical artist at the Nashville Symphony's 2011 Symphony Spring Fashion Show. The event is held annually, with all proceeds going to the Nashville Symphony and its music education programs, including the Thor Johnson Scholarship Fund. This year's fashion show -- which showcases the 2011 fall collection of design team Marchesa -- will take place on April 26 at Schermerhorn Symphony Center.

"We are so honored that Faith Hill will join us for the 2011 Symphony Spring Fashion Show," says Johnna Watson, who is co-chairing this year's event with Janet Bentz. "In addition to being an amazing artist, she is also considered a fashion icon by those in the industry."

Adds Bentz, "Faith's presence is more meaningful because she believes so strongly in promoting music education. Her appearance at the Symphony Spring Fashion Show perfectly complements this event."

The internationally acclaimed Marchesa design team, established in 2004, can be spotted at red carpet events in Hollywood and around the world ... worn by such stars as Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Heidi Klum, Eva Longoria and Halle Berry.
