Some of Chris Young's fan will have to wait a bit longer to see the country star in concert: Young postponed the final three dates on his 2015 I'm Comin' Over World Tour due to a bout of strep throat.

On Thursday (Dec. 3), Young announced that his show scheduled for that night in Duluth, Minn., was being postponed due to his illness. Later in the day, he shared a photo of a bevy of medications and announced that the tour's final two concerts, scheduled for Rochester, Minn., and Green Bay, Wis., would also be postponed.

"This is my life right now ... Been trying to beat this thing so bad ...," Young writes. "I never want to disappoint you guys, but I have to reschedule ... I’m looking forward to seeing everyone in January, and I can promise you we’ll have a big night when I’m back!"

Young's Green Bay date is now scheduled for Jan. 7, while his show in Rochester will take place on Jan. 8, and his Duluth concert will occur on Jan. 9. Previously purchased tickets will be honored, and refunds are available at the point of purchase for those who cannot make the new dates.

In early November, Young announced additional dates for his I'm Comin' Over World Tour, scheduled for January and February of 2016. More information about the trek can be found on Young’s website.

It's been an exciting few weeks for Young: His newest album, I’m Comin’ Over, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart and No. 5 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart. The disc's title track has spent multiple weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart and has also been certified gold.
