Carrie Underwood has returned from her Tahitian honeymoon with husband Mike Fisher and is currently scheduled to perform on NBC's Today Show's Summer Concert Series on Friday (July 30). The newlywed loves performing on morning television shows, given she's had some good java to fuel her performance. "It's fun; people go crazy," says Carrie of the morning TV circuit. "Singing at, like, 5:00 AM ... I am so not a morning person, so just give me some caffeine, I'm good to go."

Even early in the morning, Carrie is the picture of beauty and health, as we've seen on numerous magazine covers lately. In fact, she is currently on the cover of the July/August issue of WebMD: the Magazine. In the article, she insists her beauty routine is nothing out of the ordinary.

"It's not a little secret, it's just overall health," the Oklahoma native says. "I work out, I drink a lot of water, [and] I just try to moisturize. It's not all about the make-up and the stuff like that, the stuff that's on the outside. It starts from the things that you do before you go to bed or when you wake up in the morning."

In other Carrie news, the superstar has climbed to the top of the Mediabase/USA Today country chart this week with 'Undo It,' her 13th No. 1 single and third consecutive chart-topper from her platinum-certified 'Play On' album.
