2010 CMA Awards Show by the Numbers

While an estimated 33.8 million viewers tuned in to ABC for the 44th Annual CMA Awards, during which Brad Paisley earned his first Entertainer of the Year trophy (after six nominations!), those were not the only numbers swirling around in our heads after the three-hour telecast. Naturally, no awards show is complete without endless thank-you's. Sometimes it's you and other times it's people you've never heard of (and, let's face it, the latter always get a lot more recognition!) We kept a running tally in case any artists want to use our handy list as a crib sheet next time they hit the podium (we counted three winners who were unceremoniously cut off with a little polite "exit" music before their thank-you's were all said and done!)
