Taylor Swift Loses Herself in Rap
Taylor Swift wants to shock you! She's about to hit more than 50 cities on the upcoming Fearless tour, and along with several dancers, numerous on-stage costume changes and a full-scale theatrical production, the 19-year-old has some other surprises up her sleeve for her first gig as a headliner.
Nashville Gab reports that perhaps the biggest shocker of all will happen just as the lights go down. That's when Swift will bust out a hit from a fellow recording artist who (most of the time, anyway) also happens to be blonde. Carrie Underwood? Nope. Kellie Pickler? Guess again. How about Eminem? Yep, that's the one!
"I like to shock people," Swift tells British entertainment site Orange. "One of the ways I came up with was to start my show with 'Lose Yourself' by Eminem and just come out and start rapping."
Fans can start losing themselves on April 23, when Taylor Swift's Fearless tour gets underway in Evansville, Indiana.
