Luke Bryan heads to Florida next month for a bittersweet performance. The Georgia native is headlining the Bud Light Championship Game Day Fan Zone before the BCS National Championship Game on Jan. 7. He'll perform outside Miami Garden's Sun Life Stadium prior to the game, which matches the University of Alabama against the University of Notre Dame.

The bitter part? The Alabama Crimson Tide beat Luke's beloved University of Georgia Bulldogs in the SEC championship game -- the game that determined who would take on Notre Dame for the BCS title. "I'm a big Georgia Bulldogs fan," the singer tells FlipSide.com. "We get a little crazy. When Georgia plays, I'm in front of the TV. Every game is a big game."

The singer-songwriter will undoubtedly enjoy himself, despite the fact that his team isn't playing. Admission to the show is $30, and includes various activities and games in addition to the performance. Tickets may be purchased here or by calling 305-341-470.

The "Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye" singer isn't the only country crooner to get in on the football action. Jake Owen is playing the halftime show at the Orange Bowl on Jan. 1 and Florida Georgia Line have signed to perform before that game, while Lee Brice will play the Sun Bowl's halftime show on Dec. 31.
