You can soon hear Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles somewhere you might not expect: a Josh Groban song. The pop-rocker will feature Nettles' voice in his upcoming new album, which is due out in the fall, but you can listen to a short sample of the audio right now in the Instagram video above.

Nettles shared an Instagram post on Saturday (July 29) teasing the upcoming collaboration. "I am so excited for you all to hear this collab!!!" she wrote alongside a short clip of the song. "This song!!! His whole record!!! Coming Sept. 21!!!!"

Groban has also shared his excitement about the project on his Instagram, sharing the same audio snippet and writing, "I feel like sharing a snippet. @jennifernettles you are too damn good and cool."

Plenty of country artists, such as Maren Morris, Kacey Musgraves and many more, have dabbled in cross-genre collaboration over the past couple of years, and it seems natural that the newly reformed Sugarland would experiment with country's broadening boundaries. Not only does the duo's latest album, Bigger, feature a collaboration with country-turned-pop superstar Taylor Swift, but Nettles has previously discussed how much more all-inclusive country is since Sugarland went on hiatus in 2012: "The margins we used to play in, boy, have they widened. We are just having a ball," she commented during a recent media event with The Boot and other outlets.

When she's not in the studio with Groban, Nettles is busy on Sugarland's Still the Same Tour. The cross-country tour has upcoming stops in Duluth, Ga.; Greenville, S.C.; and Toledo, Ohio. Check out the band's website for full tour details and dates.
