Olivia Newton-John’s Spectacular $9 Million California Ranch Where She Spent Final Days For Sale — See Inside! [Pictures]
Olivia Newton-John's husband has listed the stunning ranch where she spent her final days for sale, and pictures show a one-of-a-kind property that offers maximum peace and tranquility.
Newton-John died at her California ranch on Aug. 8, 2022, after battling cancer on and off for decades. She was 73.
The country and pop legend's husband, John Easterling, has listed the 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 4,452-square-foot estate in Santa Ynez, Calif., for sale for $8,965,000, more than a year-and-a-half after his wife's death. That asking price breaks down to $2,014 per square foot and a monthly payment of $60,869.
The official listing from Village Properties touts the "highest level of quality and sophistication" that went into building the ultra-private property, which sits on more than twelve acres of land that offer direct frontage on the Santa Ynez River.
