Darius Rucker Signs Deal With WWE: Will He Wrestle?

While most people know Darius Rucker from his music, some will be introduced to him for the first time after he signed a deal with WWE.

According to Country Minute, Rucker has signed a major merchandise deal with WWE.

Rucker said, “Not sure if y’all knew this, but I’m a HUGE wrestling fan!! I have been my whole life! That’s why I’m so excited to share the new WWE line in my Fanatics collection.”

In his social media post, Rucker models a couple of the T-shirts himself. One is a Randy Orton RKO shirt. The other is a Brock Lesnar shirt.

Rucker's line also includes a CM Punk shirt and a Roman Reigns button-up, along with plenty of other options. All are available on his Fanatics page.

While anything is possible — and wrestlers like Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan competed well into their later years — it isn’t likely that someone like Darius Rucker would take on training and step into the ring at this point in his life, at age 59.
