Hunter Hayes is going high-tech with his debut album, becoming the first country artist to give record buyers a mobile 3-D interaction experience. Fans are able to download a FREE blippar™app from their application store, point at the cover, and unlock exclusive content, including photos, music clips and videos.

The 12-song collection, released Tuesday (Oct. 11), features the Top 30 single, 'Storm Warning.' The 20-year-old virtuoso played every instrument on the project, and wrote or co-wrote each track. Speaking on his complete hands-on approach to the album, Hunter tells The Boot, "It allows me to take a little more control over it and reinterpret the songs, tweak it, fix it ... We had this great idea of, let's go into the studio and try it. We did. I was nervous, because working with [producer] Dann Huff, he's one of my heroes. I've done the process but not quite to that extent, and going into the studio with him, he made it easy."

If a 3-D ultimate fan interaction isn't quite enough, fans can also catch Hunter live on the road. The Louisiana native recently wrapped his Most Wanted headlining tour, but continues to travel the U.S. in promotion of the album through the end of the year.
