Hot on the heels of a very special Grammys performance, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Hunter Hayes has announced his touring plans for 2014.

The 22-year-old musical wunderkind debuted his new single, 'Invisible,' live at the 2014 Grammy Awards on Sunday night (Jan. 26). He will embark on the We're Not Invisible Tour on March 20 in Pikeville, Ky., and criss-cross the country before wrapping up in Florida on May 31. 'The Voice' winner Danielle Bradbery and newcomers Dan + Shay will serve as his opening acts.

'Invisible' is highly personal to the young musician, who admits that he was bullied in school. Hayes is putting the new single to work in helping the less fortunate; for every iTunes download of the song, Child Hunger Ends Here will donate the monetary equivalent of one meal to Feeding America, up to 1 million meals.

Tickets for the We're Not Invisible Tour will go on sale Feb. 1, with pre-sales beginning Jan. 29. More information is available at Hayes' web site.
