Gloriana are ready to play the gig to end all gigs next week -- the White House!

The President and First Lady have invited the band to take part in the February 24 concert "The Motown Sound: In Performance at the White House."

"It's such an honor to be asked to be a part of this celebration of Motown, especially at the White House in front of the president and first lady," says Gloriana's Tom Gossin. "I think this will go down as one of the coolest things we have done to date."

Not to mention one of the coolest events for mingling. Smokey Robinson, Natasha Bedingfield, Sheryl Crow, Jamie Foxx, and John Legend are among the performers slated to take the stage.

Of course, the White House event is by inviation only, but you can tune into PBS at 8:00 PM ET on March 1 and watch the performances.

This is already turning out to be quite a year for Gloriana. Besides playing the White House, they are gearing up to release a brand-new song, 'Wanna Take You Home,' next month, giving fans a taste of their upcoming sophomore album.
