'Discovering Lucy Angel,' a new reality TV show featuring country music trio Lucy Angel, is set to premiere Jan. 13. The series, which is being produced by the same people who produced 'The Osbournes,' will show the family group, made up of sisters Lindsay and Emily and mother Kate Anderton, as they prepare to release their first full-length album.

“I feel like that’s a real strength, is that there’s such a variety of characters, and everyone in the family is such a personality,” Emily Anderton tells The Boot.

The preview above, which features the three trio members and their father / husband and manager G-Man backstage before a performance at Pocono Raceway, showcases a bit of those personalities and hints at the behind-the-scenes look the series will give into the lives of this up-and-coming country act.

“We’re all on the same team, and we kind of feel like [the show's crew] have our backs," adds Lindsay Anderton. "We’re obviously trying to show reality, and there are no scripts -- seriously, they just roll the cameras, and we do our thing.”

Jan. 13 will be a big day for Lucy Angel. In addition to the show's premiere, their self-titled album will also be released that day. It is available to pre-order on iTunes.

'Discovering Lucy Angel' will air Tuesdays at 9 PM ET on AXS-TV.
