Zachary Adams has been found guilty of raping and murdering Holly BoboCBS News reports. Jurors delivered their verdict on Friday afternoon (Sept. 22).

Bobo, the cousin of country singer Whitney Duncan, disappeared from her Darden, Tenn., home on April 13, 2011. More than three years after her disappearance, her remains were discovered in the woods by two men searching for ginseng. The jury in the trial, six men and six women, spent 10 days hearing testimony from both sides in the trial, then began deliberating on Thursday afternoon (Sept. 21).

Adams, 33, was found guilty of all eight charges against him, which included aggravated rape and aggravated kidnapping. He faces the death penalty.

Also charged in the case of Bobo's disappearance and death were Jason Autry -- who testified during the trial that he helped Adams move what Autry thought was Bobo's body and acted as a lookout while Adams shot her -- and John Dylan Adams, Zachary Adams' brother. Both men are are charged with kidnapping, rape and murder. A fourth suspect, Shayne Austin, committed suicide in February of 2015.

Bobo's parents were both in court throughout the trial. Duncan, her cousin, urged her followers on social media to pray for Bobo's family during the ordeal and, shortly after the verdict was announced, tweeted out two words: "Praise God!!!!!!"

In July, Duncan’s band Post Monroe released a lyric video for a song, “Better Place,” that Duncan wrote for Bobo. The clip is filled with home movies from Duncan’s family.
