Vince Gill and Lyle Lovett Team Up for Concerts

Vince Gill and Lyle Lovett are hitting the road -- together! The two tunesmiths will perform a series of acoustic shows, dubbed the Vince Gill and Lyle Lovett: Songs and Stories Tour, in January along the East Coast.

So far, the three dates confirmed are Jan. 27 in Glenside, Pa., Jan. 28 in Englewood, N.J., and Jan. 30 in North Charleston, S.C. Some sources are reporting a fourth concert, Jan. 29 in Norfolk, Va., but the show is not listed on either singer's official website. No word yet if more dates will be added.

The men will perform both separately and together during each show, serving as their own accompanist.

An early version of Gill and Lovett performing one of Lovett's biggest hits, 'Cowboy Man,' together can be found here. Both men also appear on the Jesse Winchester tribute album, 'Quiet About It: A Tribute to Jesse Winchester,' which was released in 2012.
