Tim McGraw will be performing Glen Campbell's final song, 'I'm Not Gonna Miss You,' at this year's ceremony.

The touching and emotional track is nominated for Best Original Song and was written by Campbell and Julian Raymond for the documentary 'Glen Campbell ... I'll Be Me.'

"We couldn't think of anyone better than Tim McGraw to properly celebrate Oscar nominee Glen Campbell," say show producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron. "Tim is the consummate country artist and will bring a bit of Nashville to the Oscars stage."

Adds McGraw, “I’m honored to be asked to sing this powerful song from one of the true legends of the music industry."

Campbell wrote 'I'm Not Gonna Miss You' in 2013, after he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease in 2011. The tune is also nominated for two Grammy Awards this year.

The other Best Original Song nominees are John Legend‘s ‘Glory’ (from ‘Selma’); Tegan and Sara and the Lonely Island‘s ‘Everything is Awesome’ (from ‘The Lego Movie’); Adam Levine‘s ‘Lost Stars’ (from ‘Begin Again’) and Rita Ora‘s ‘Grateful’ (from ‘Beyond the Lights’).

The 87th Oscars, hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, will air live from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Calif., on Feb. 22 on ABC.
