Thompson Square Kick Off Just Feels Good Tour
Reigning ACM Vocal Duo of the Year Thompson Square kicked off their 2014 Just Feels Good Tour on Feb. 6 in Jackson, Calif.
The duo, who canceled many shows due to vocal issues last summer, will be criss-crossing the country with what they call an “intimate, interactive concert experience” that features 86 moving lights and 18 individual video screens.
“I don’t think we’ve been this pumped since we’ve been in Nashville,” singer Keifer Thompson says in a press release. “We’ve had some great opportunities over the past couple of years to be on three major tours. Each tour was amazing and we’re grateful to have been a part of them all, but this year we just want to do our own thing and get back to a one show, one band and one great crowd kind of mind set.”
Thompson Square recently released the second single,’Everything I Shouldn’t Be Thinking About,’ from their album ‘Just Feels Good.’ The first release, ‘If I Didn’t Have You,’ hit No. 1 on the country charts.
“We made this record for our fans and want to show them our live interpretation of these songs that were so carefully chosen for our second album,” Shawna Thompson says. “We have a lot of surprises and have worked very hard to make this our best tour to-date.”
