Tenille Townes is making "Different for Girls" her own while out on the road with Dierks Bentley on his Burning Man Tour. The rising country artist is taking on Elle King's portion of the song during Bentley's sets; readers can press play above to watch Townes and Bentley perform the song on opening night of the tour in late January.

Bentley and King released "Different for Girls" in 2016. The emotional and socially poignant song was the second single from Bentley's Black album, also released in 2016. It hit No. 1 on the Country Airplay chart.

In the video of Bentley and Townes' duet from the Burning Man Tour's opening night on Jan. 17 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, the crowd goes wild as the pair plays the first notes of the popular song. Bentley kicks the track off, as he does in the studio version of the song, before he and Townes tackle the chorus together.

"It's different for girls when their hearts get broke / They can't tape it back together with a whiskey and Coke / They don't take someone home and act like it's nothing / They can't just switch it off every time they feel something," sing Bentley and Townes. "A guy gets drunk with his friends and he might hook up / Fast-forward through the pain, pushing back when the tears come on / But it's different for girls."

Townes beautifully and confidently takes on the second verse of "Different for Girls," originally sung by King. Bentley looks to be just as excited as the crowd as Townes sings: He jumps behind her and solicits more applause for the up-and-coming country singer.

Bentley and Townes, along with Jon Pardi, spent January in Canada for the Burning Man Tour and are now back in the United States for more shows. Another leg of 2019 Burning Man Tour dates is to be announced as well; the whole crew has already been revealed as part of Live Nation's Country Megaticket.
