The film was shot in and around Mobile, Ala., and is the story of a young man's dream of becoming a champion dirt track racer. Tracy Lawrence, who is currently on tour in California, awoke to an unpleasant surprise Monday morning (April 16). The singer and his road crew discovered that an equipment trailer carrying their music gear had been broken into and several items reportedly stolen. According to a statement from Tracy's publicist, the burglary occurred at 4:22 AM PST.
Tracy Lawrence says his upcoming CD may surprise some of his fans. The singer is in the studio now working on the new project, which is the follow-up to the acoustic-oriented album, 'The Singer,' released last year.
