LoCash know how to party, and they brought it along with them to play Country Jam 2015 on Thursday (June 18).

The air was hazy and humid when LoCash took the stage at the 2015 Taste of Country Music Festival on Friday (June 12), but that didn't slow Preston Brust and Chris Lucas — or the audience — down one bit.

For the LoCash guys, Preston Brust and Chris Lucas, there's no such thing as time off, even when they're 35,000 feet in the air. Recently, the duo was on a Southwest flight, heading from performing at Kenny Chesney's concert in Pittsburgh to a show in Baltimore, Md., when they found themselves performing mid-flight.

As LoCash have been working on new music, the duo has also been reaching into a more unexpected commercial venue: wine sales.

Tim McGraw released "Truck Yeah" in July 2012, as the first single from his Two Lanes of Freedom album, but the tune was written by LoCash's Preston Brust and Chris Lucas, along with Chris Janson and Danny Myrick. The song gave McGraw his highest-ever solo chart debut when it hit Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart, eventually reaching No. 11 on that chart, No. 10 on the U.S. Country Airplay chart and No. 57 on the all-genre Hot 100. But, as Brust tells The Boot, LoCash were hoping to record the song themselves -- and how McGraw requested the tune is a pretty funny story.

LoCash are back, and they are busier -- and better -- than ever. The duo, made up of Chris Lucas and Preston Brust, recently released a new single, "I Love This Life," from an upcoming new project, but they're hinting about several other songs that are in the works as well.
