Utah-based singer-songwriter Ryan Shupe is debuting the music video for his uplifting song “Dream Big” exclusively for readers of The Boot.

The "Dream Big" video was largely shot in Shupe’s home state of Utah, and features appearances from his own children throughout. According to Shupe, his son has aspirations of becoming a singer one day, a perfect fit with the song’s inspirational message.

“And when you dream, dream big / As big as the ocean blue,” sings Shupe in the song's chorus. “'Cause when you dream, it might come true / When you dream, dream big.”

The "Dream Big" video was directed by Danor Gerald. Readers can press play above to watch.

Founded in the mid-1990s, Ryan Shupe & the RubberBand have released a number of albums both independently and while signed to Capitol Nashville and Montage Music Group. Shupe crafted the group's latest album, We Rode On, entirely in his personal studio, in order to create a unique vibe that focuses on his own heavier, rock-influenced inspirations.

“I wanted to create a new sound and an evolution for the band’s music,” Shupe explains in a statement. “It’s the best album we’ve done, and definitely the most rocking!”

We Rode On was released in August, and is available for purchase via iTunes and Amazon. Fans can find more information about Ryan Shupe & the RubberBand on Shupe's official website.
