Julianne Hough and 'Dancing with the Stars' partner Cody Linley were in fine form on Monday night (Oct. 27) less than a week after Julianne was rushed to the hospital with severe stomach pains. She was ultimately diagnosed with Endometriosis and underwent surgery this past week. She's currently at home and continues to recover.

On Nov. 11, Julianne will return to 'Dancing' and will perform her latest hit, 'My Hallelujah Song.'
