Maren Morris joins forces with Niall Horan, formerly of One Direction, on a new song called "Seeing Blind." The pop singer revealed the song, written by himself, Morris and Jacquire King, on Friday (Oct. 20), along with the rest of his album Flicker.

Readers can press play above to hear "Seeing Blind." Horan opens the song solo, but Morris soon comes in to add harmonies. They sing the chorus together, while Morris takes lead on the second verse.

"Oh my my, you just took me by surprise / And I can't believe my eyes / Oh, I must be seeing blind," goes the chorus of "Seeing Blind." "Oh no, I, you're too good to be all mine / Now I'm looking in your eyes / Oh, I must be seeing blind."

Horan and Morris first shared the news of their duet in early August: Horan appeared at Capitol Congress, an event hosted by Capitol Music Group to highlight the company's recent and future goings-on, to share some of his new music, including his collaboration with Morris. Morris herself confirmed the news with a tweet that included three emojis, all monkeys with their hands over their mouths. During Capitol Congress, Horan explained that he reached out to Morris by email to ask if she'd like to join him for a duet on "Seeing Blind," and that she "happily accepted."

In addition to their duet, Morris will join Horan on tour in 2018. Horan's Flicker World Tour is scheduled to run from July through September next year.

Morris is not the only country artist who will be touring with a former One Direction member in 2018: Kacey Musgraves will be on the road with Harry Styles next year as well.
