Country men: They make up a major part of country music, and these five nominees for Male Vocalist of the Year at the 2015 CMA Awards are some of the best.

Dierks Bentley's 2015 Sounds of Summer Tour was a big part of country fans' summers this year, and he recently released his fifth single from Riser, the album's title track. Also (not surprisingly) in contention for Male Vocalist of the Year is the reigning CMA Awards Entertainer of the YearLuke Bryan, who launched a massive tour, released a brand-new album and earned a Country Music Hall of Fame exhibit in the recent months.

Eric Church is one of country’s favorite rebels, and in addition to being up for Male Vocalist of the Year, he's also up for Entertainer of the Year, Song of the Year, Single of the Year and Musical Event of the Year. But Blake Shelton is also a definite contender in this category once again. After all, he's nabbed the win in this category the last three years ... Can he do it again?

Finally, Chris Stapleton is up for the award, as well as New Artist of the Year and Album of the Year -- quite the feat for a newcomer!
